The Youth Tech festival significantly aimed to bring together Innovators, Researchers, Entrepreneurs and Technologists to inspire next-generation youth using technology.
The event featured panel discussions on innovative ideas, S&T projects, S&T prototype display, workshops, science and technology pavilions and distribution of awards and certificates to successful ST&IT startups.
Some of the startups displayed at the tech festival included Robotrsectors Makers Space, STEAM minds, encoder bytes, Nayab’s Rouge, etc.
Minister ST&IT, KP Atif Khan also addressed the event participants by stating that; “Technology is playing a vital role in improving Pakistan’s socio-economic conditions, which is most evident in KP where smart applications are allowing improvements in health, education, economy, revenue, and other areas”
“KP youth have tremendous potential to contribute to entrepreneurial activity and to promote the ecosystem through the application of technology,” said Minister ST IT KP Atif Khan.
Overall, the Youth Tech festival was a huge success as it gathered the interest of youth by encouraging more students, teachers, entrepreneurs, and innovators to engage in research and innovation in the field of science and technology.
